2. Recognition Categories

We offer two types of recognition: Record and Award

Titles are created by the website admin and updated periodically. Examples are;

1. Records: Series to maintain achievements records.
2. The Records category on www.AchieversWorldRecords.com is designed to honour and document extraordinary achievements across a wide spectrum of fields. These records are maintained as a formal acknowledgment of an individual's or organization's accomplishments, showcasing their excellence to a global audience.
3. The Records series covers a wide range of categories, including:
4. World Records: Exceptional accomplishments recognized globally.
5. National Records: Achievements significant to a specific country.
6. Group Records: Collective achievements by teams, families, or organizations.
7. Personal Milestones: Individual accomplishments showcasing unique skills or talents.
8. Innovative Achievements: Records based on ground-breaking innovations or creativity.
9. Awards: Honouring excellence in various fields.

The Awards category on www.AchieversWorldRecords.com is designed to acknowledge and celebrate individuals, teams, and organizations for their remarkable contributions and achievements across diverse fields. These awards are a testament to excellence, dedication, and the impactful work of achievers, bringing their accomplishments to the forefront on a global stage.
11. The awards are categorized into various titles, which are updated periodically by the website admin to reflect current trends and fields of achievement. Examples may include:

3. Application Process

1. User Registration: Create an account to receive a login ID and password.
2. Application Submission: After logging in, apply for an award or record.
3. Review Process: Applications are reviewed by the concerned authority. Additional data or corrections may be requested.
4. Approval/ Rejection: The admin has sole discretion to approve or reject any application without providing reasons.
5. Certificate Issuance: On approval, applicants receive a digital Certificate of Recognition via email.

4. Fees and Payment

1. A non-refundable Processing Fee is charged for each application.
2. Payments cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

5. Recognition Delivery

1. Upon approval, the Certificate of Recognition is emailed.
2. Physical deliverables such as hard copies of certificates, trophies, medals, letters of recommendation, etc., are shipped via Speed Post to the registered address based on specific agreements.

6. Data Display and Verification

1. Approved records and awards, along with certificates, images, and/or videos, are displayed on the website for global visibility.
2. Applicants can request their data to be hidden by submitting an official communication to the company.
3. Verification: Certificates can be verified online using a unique certificate number.

7. Eligibility

1. Open to individuals and organizations globally, without age, gender, or field restrictions.
2. Applicants may apply for multiple awards or records, even repeatedly.

8. Terms of Use for Recognition

1. Approved applicants are authorized to share their achievement pages, links, and recognition details for positive purposes only. Misuse of data is strictly prohibited.
2. All logos, data, and website content are the property of AICPE and cannot be used without prior written permission.

9. Jurisdiction and Legal Safeguards

1. Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
2. Liability:
3. The company is not responsible for validating the recognition's authenticity or guaranteeing its acceptance by third parties.
4. Recognitions are solely awarded based on the information provided by applicants, assumed to be accurate and truthful.
5. Cancellation Rights: The admin reserves the right to revoke any recognition or approval without notice or explanation.

10. Data Privacy and Security

1. The company implements appropriate security measures for data protection but is not liable for unforeseen data loss or breaches.

11. Communication

1. Modes of communication include voice calls, video calls, emails, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, and postal communication. Applicants must address communications from the company promptly.
2. These communications are not bound by "Do Not Disturb" (DND) regulations of any telecom authority.

12. Third-Party Associations

1. Some awards or records may be presented in collaboration with associated organizations, explicitly mentioned in the awards section. Otherwise, all recognitions are offered solely by AICPE.
2. Recognitions are not affiliated with any government, private organization, or individual unless expressly stated.

13. Limitations

1. AICPE reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

1. Achievements and recognitions provided by AICPE are honorary and are not associated with or recognized by any government, private, or other entities unless specified.
